Echourgnac is an abbey cheese specially produced by hand by the sisters within the Notre Dame de Bonne Espérance Abbey located in the eponymous town. Its supple and creamy paste is characterized by notes of milky sweetness for a delicate and unique taste. Pairs well with a powerful red wine.
