Morbier

Morbier is a fine, smooth cheese from Jura, made from raw cow's milk. It is decorated with a horizontal line of vegetable charcoal which gives it a unique look. Its melting and slightly sticky texture, its clean taste and its lactic flavors of caramel, vanilla and fruit make it perfect for tasting. Accompanied by powerful and fruity wines.
