Brie with summer truffle is an exceptional cheese. It offers a perfect harmony between the creamy sweetness of Brie and the delicate aroma of truffle.
The cheese is split in two then topped with a preparation made from black summer truffles, black truffle flavor, mascarpone and the creamy part of the Brie, then closed.
