Forestière raclette is a raw cow's milk raclette cheese with mushrooms, for a raclette night with a woodland note.

Raw cow's milk. Wheel of about 6.2 kg. Mushroom varieties and allergens: see the label (milk). Raw milk: not recommended for pregnant women, young children and vulnerable people (ANSES advice).

Allow 200 to 250 g per person. Formats: 200 g, 300 g, 500 g, 1 kg – block or slices. All our raclette and fondue cheeses and our guide which raclette cheese and how much per person.
